Product information:
square hole stainless steel crimped wire mesh
Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Anti - Corrosion , Anti - Oxidation Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Screen
Stainless steel crimped wire mesh is one of the main stainless steel products of our company. The stainless steel crimped wire mesh is mainly used in sieving fields of industries.
Materials: stainless steel wire, high-carbon steel wire, spring steel wire, medium or low carbon steel wire, iron wire, brass wire, any other special materials can be ordered according to the customers' requirements.
Crimped wire mesh is made of plain woven by the pre-crimped into a wavy wire.Pre-Crimped wire made by the mold in advance, so make the metal wire in both directions in the correct position, thus ensuring mesh size the uniform of the crimped wire mesh.Crimped wire mesh has nice structure and strong durable.
Weaving Methods:pre-crimping before weaving, in two-way separated wave bending, locked bending, flat-topped curved, two-way bending, one-way separated wave bending.
Applications:
1. Stainless steel crimped wire mesh could be used in many fields, such as in mine, coal factory, construction and other industries.
2. Some of the stainless steel crimped wire mesh could also be used for roasting flour food and meat.
Characteristics:
With stable structure and good strength, stainless steel crimped wire mesh is high temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance.

1. Plain Weave: also called tabby weave, linen weav or taffeta weave, is the most basic type of weaves. In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern. Each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on. The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa.
2. Twill Weave: In a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlaces to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale. A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction.
3. Plain Dutch Weave: similar with plain weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
4. Twill Dutch Weave: similar with twill weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
5. Reversed Dutch Weave: difference from standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires.
